The City of Brackettville will receive bids for the “CDV25 - 0367 – 2025 CDBG Roadway Reconstruction Project” until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the City of Brackettville City Hall, 119 Spring St, Brackettville, TX 78832. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on site after bids are received at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday June 9, 2026 at the City of Brackettville Annex, 1459 West Hwy. 90, Brackettville, TX 78832. A non-mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. the City of Brackettville Annex, 1459 West Hwy. 90, Brackettville, TX 78832.  Please submit questions

for this project by 4:00pm on May 26, 2026, in writing through Civcast.  Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows: The project includes the reconstruction of current roadways and the placement of base and type D asphalt. There is approximately 5,425 feet of roadway. Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications are available for review at www.CivcastUSA.com or at the office of the Engineer located at 1008 Zanderson Ave, Jourdanton, Tx. 78026. Proposals for the Project will be received in a sealed envelope marked “2025 CDBG Roadway Reconstruction Project” delivered to the City of Brackettville City Hall, 119 Spring St, Brackettville, TX 78832. The City of Brackettville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
