Payments can be left in drop box

Payments are due on the 20th of each month.
If the 20th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date will be moved to the following Monday.
To avoid a $20 late fee, payments must be received before 5:00 p.m. on the due date — whether paid online, in person, or placed in the drop box.
Online payments made after 5:00 p.m. on the due date will incur a $20 late fee.
Equipment rentals available
Backhoe Rental w/ operator- 125/hr.
Dump Truck w/ driver- $80.00/hr.
